The original byre of Winkston Farm has been carefully converted to a particularly high standard and quality to form the two charming cottages of Cosy Neuk and Ploughman's Rest.

Very special care has been taken to retain the original character of the whin-stone building, its natural wood interiors and pine floors with rugs.

Tasteful decoration and comfortable furnishings provide luxury accommodation for four people.

Downstairs there is an open plan lounge/dining and kitchen area. There is also a bedroom (now with zip and link beds so you can have 2 singles or a double), with toilet and shower room. From the lounge area a spiral staircase leads to a minstrel gallery and second sleeping area with twin beds.

(Subject to availability you can choose whether to have your twin beds upstairs or down).

Our cottages have achieved The Scottish Tourist Board award of "Access for Residents with Mobility Difficulties"
